Want to transform the appearance of your decor? It's the perfect opportunity to stain your hardwood floor. Three sanding passes will be performed, including a very precise sanding along the walls. We use Totenic semi-transparent oil-based stain from Pratt & Lambert, with custom-made colors. After 24 hours of drying, this stain will be covered with a water-based varnish.
