Professional Hardwood Floor Sanding
A hardwood floor usually requires two sanding passes to ensure the surface is smooth, without stains, scratches, or other imperfections. If you wish, we can stain your floor in the desired color (semi-transparent water-based Tonetic stain by Pratt & Lambert) before varnishing it. We then perform a third sanding with 40-80-100 grit sandpaper. We must then wait at least 24 hours before applying the varnish over the stain.
